Everything was great, I would recomand. The place was modern and original and the staff were consistently courteous, the location was amazing central to the Barossa vineyards. The services were great, including above average and plentiful breakfasts and free parking if needed. Location: the hotel was really close to Lyndoch and other towns including Kaiser Stuhl Conservation Park and all outdoor areas and the restaurant and chateau Barossa. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

It has perfect central location to the lovely rose garden. Moreover, it is just off Lyndoch and other towns including Kaiser Stuhl Conservation Park, wineries and restaurants, and the centre of the Barossa Valley.
This venue needs an upgrade.

Grounds and Chateau were pleasant and well maintained
When we booked our night at Lyndoch Hill we did so on the internet. This showed your facility to be comfortable and certainly above the 2 star motel which is how we would rate it now. As we were travelling with friends from overseas we were really looking forward to "showing off " your resort/winery and instead found ourselves embarrassed and disappointed with the standard of the units .We would suggest you review the pictures of your accommodation in both magazines and on the internet, as what is portrayed bears no resemblance to what is actually there.

The location was very good. I liked Max and Merlot, the two border collies that wander around the hotel. We liked the restaurant, good food but not very busy.
On the internet the hotel looked really luxerious, but when we arrived it seemed to be a motel. The rooms were very old, the balcony supersmall and the furniture needed to be updated. The rose garden was nice but needed quite some maintenance. The hotel is expensive for what is offered.

The breakfast was very nice, staff friendly. The Barossa Chateau was worth visiting, the gardens show promise for the future.
We were disappointed with our accommodation, not good value for money.

Its space and location. The gardens look very nice but it was too hot to have a stroll.
The pool was quite dirty. They should have it cleaned.
